Thank you for shopping with Sabbie Selections. All of our products are handcrafted in small batches, and we take great care in preparing and shipping your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
During high‑volume periods (holidays, sales, restocks), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Typical delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Local Texas orders: Often arrive faster, but timing depends on the carrier
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Warm Weather Notice (Texas & Southern States)
Because we ship from Texas, some products (like butters or scrubs) may soften during transit in hot weather.
This does not affect product quality. Simply place items in a cool area to re‑firm.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
We are always happy to help guide you through the process.
Incorrect Address
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If the order has not shipped yet, email us immediately and we will update the address if possible.
