Some of the best things begin in a kitchen — with a curiosity, a handful of botanicals, and a desire to do things differently.

Sabbie Selections was born from exactly that. Founded by Sabitha Knox in Houston, Texas, our brand grew out of a deep love for plant-based living and a frustration with skincare products full of synthetic fillers and unnecessary waste. While experimenting with raw botanicals for my own skin, I saw how simple ingredients like Abyssinian oil and panthenol transformed texture and hydration. That clarity — that nature could outperform synthetics — became the spark behind Sabbie Selections.

Our Story

My aha moment came when I realized the products I was using — even the “clean” ones — didn’t honor the Ayurvedic principles I grew up with or the botanical ingredients I trusted. I went back to my roots, blending oils and herbs in my own kitchen, and the very first batch transformed my skin in a way nothing else had. That shift made it clear: intentional, plant‑based skincare wasn’t just possible — it was necessary.

What started as a personal practice became a calling. Every formula we create is rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom and backed by botanical science — because we believe your skin deserves ingredients you can actually pronounce.

Today, Sabbie Selections handcrafts small-batch soaps, facial scrubs, shampoo bars, and stone vessels from our Houston studio — each one made with care, intention, and zero compromise.
